4x4 Adventure camping, Luxury Lodging or combined camping / lodging, Birding, Cultural, Photographical, Botanical and Geological safaris on offer. Safari options can range from fully guided tours in Kunene Tours vehicles or even self-driving in your own vehicle with our specialized guide leading the way. Groups can consist of anything from 1 to 15 guests.

Namibia holds a wide variety of wildlife and a number of endemic bird species. Kaokoland is not only known for the desert adapted elephants and lions, but also for holding the largest population of free-roaming black rhino in Africa. Hartmanns (mountain) Zebra, Kudo, Oryx, Springbok, Giraffe, Steenbok as well as many cat-species are to be found.

Any activity can be arranged, from river rafting, hicking, quad biking, hot-air ballooning or scenic flights, boat cruises on the Atlantic ocean or perennial rivers, horse-back riding, dune boarding, sky-diving and even fishing.


Camping gear includes 2.4 x 2.4m igloo tents with stretchers and bedrolls with mattresses, duvets, pillows, required linen and towels. A small bedside table and lamp is also provided for that little extra comfort.
Camp staff set up all gear while you relax and enjoy the area, and meals are fully catered and prepared with the utmost care.


Besides camping our customers can choose from a variety of up-market lodges to small friendly hotels throughout the country. You can also decide to combine the lodging and camping as we work out the itinerary that best fits your idea of the perfect safari.
