Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma offers six different activities at no additional charge. These include canoeing excurions and walking safaris. Rates include: All meals and drinks(except premium brands), game viewing activities, park fees, laundry, emergency evacuation and transfers to and from Livingstone airport. Health: We advise all travellers to take precautions against malaria and we recommend speaking with your GP or personal physician four to six weeks before departure. Rates exclude: Transfers to and from Victoria Falls Town, Victoria Falls Airport, Heritage Fee when doing a tour of the falls, additional activities, Spa treatments, required visas, premium brands and airport taxes.

Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park is one of Zambia's smallest parks, it provides a home to elephant, hippo, giraffe, buffalo, warthog, zebra, impala, vervet monkeys and baboon and rhino. The park has a relaxed, un-hastened atmosphere due to the lack of predators, which makes ideal conditions for photo opportunities.

A guided tour of the Victoria Falls from the Zambian Side (one visit per person) is included in the rates. Nakatindi Village visit. Village tours are also included in the cost of your stay, where the village scouts and guides show guests around the village. Game drives Explore the beautiful Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park in open 4X4 vehicles, accompanied by a professional guide. Motorised boat safaris and sundowner cruises Early morning or sunset river cruises are available, as well as fishing excursions on the Zambezi River, subject to water levels. Walking safaris This is one of the best ways to see the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Additional activities On day trips to Victoria Falls, there are many optional activities available(at additional cost) including bungee jumping, river rafting, shopping, touring the Falls, or elephant back riding.

Twelve luxury tree houses are built into the canopy of majestic ebony trees lining the river bank. The air-conditioned rooms all with their own private viewing deck boast superb views over the white waters of the Zambezi. Each house has two en suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining area and private plunge pool. Each of the houses also come with their own private chef and house staff.

The falls are at their fullest in April and May each year. Dry season is in October. The “wet” season is normally December to March, and has variable weather conditions. The “dry” season is from May to November. June to August are the coolest months, with cold mornings and evenings. October is the hottest month in Zambia, so be prepared for temperatures of over 40°C.

Sussi Tree houses We welcome all children aged 9 and above at the Sussi Tree houses •Children aged 16 and younger are required to share with their parents. •Children aged 9 - 11 pay 50% of the adult rate, please note the child must share with at least one full paying adult. •Children 12 years and above are charged the applicable adult rate. Chuma houses We welcome children of all ages at the Chuma houses •Chuma House can accommodate 4 people and the house rate applies
