Leleshwa Camp

Leleshwa Camp is an intimate tented camp located on the exclusive Leleshwa Conservancy adjacent to the world re¬nowned Maasai Mara, regarded as one of the wildlife jewels in Kenya. The camp is set amongst yellow bark acacias and rests along a stream valley overlooking picturesque hills and rolling plains; Leleshwa will charm you with its warm welcome and will quickly become your home away from home.

Child friendly: An environment that provides loads of space for fun and interactive activities focussed on fully immersing and encouraging them in nature, wildlife and culture. Along with their guide and Maasai tracker children can enjoy a special walk along the river bed exploring the tracks and signs, learning how the Maasai start a fire with sticks and elephant dung, practise throwing a spear or learn how to use a bow and arrow. They can keep busy with drawing, painting, making clay animals, baking animal shaped bread and biscuits or on a treasure hunt. A busy day is often rounded off roasting marshmallows around the camp fire. Cultural interaction: Leleshwa Camp has very strong ties to the local Maasai community and provides an interactive cultural program that will enhance your safari experience by immersing you in the day-to-day traditional way of life of the Maasai people. You will come away with a better understanding of this interesting Maasai culture and memories that will last forever. Adventure Hiking & Fly Camping: Loita Hills (3 nights)or on Siana Conservancy (1 night or more) Mobile Camp: Maasai Mara Game Reserve riverside and available Kenya wide.
